Certified Development Corporation – SBA 504
Region E Development Corporation (REDC) is designated by the United States Small Business Administration as a Certified Development Corporation, serving the entire State of North Carolina. Using the SBA 504 Loan Program, REDC provides growing businesses with long-term, fixed-rate financing for major fixed assets, such as land, buildings, and major equipment purchases. REDC is a nonprofit corporation with the primary purpose to contribute to the economic development of the North Carolina counties known as Planning Region E. This area includes Alexander, Burke, Caldwell and Catawba Counties.
