Water / Sewer System Financing
WPCOG Staff works with local governments to develop grant and loan applications for infrastructure improvements. Funding sources include: NC Department of Commerce (DOC), the Division of Community Assistance (DCA), The Rural Center, the Economic Development Administration (EDA), Clean Water Management Trust Fund (CWMTF), Rural Development, NC Department of Environment and Natural Resources Division of Water Quality, Construction Grants and Loans Section and Public Water Supply.
