City of Morganton Geographic Information Services (GIS)
Under contract, the WPCOG GIS/Data Center provides GIS services for the City of Morganton. The GIS services provided to Morganton include GPS collection of utilities features, creation and hosting for ArcIMS website, custom mapping, scanning and archiving of legacy maps, custom GIS data creation, storage of GIS layers.
