The mission of the WPCOG Regional Housing Authority (RHA) is to promote adequate and affordable housing, free from discrimination, through diligent, courteous and fiscally responsible administration of the US Department of Housing and Urban Development's Section 8 Rental Housing Assistance Program.

The RHA aspires to be the leader in providing affordable housing to ensure that all unifour residents have access to high quality housing, while seeking partners and resources that will continuously enhance our region. The goal is to provide a foundation for improving quality of life and achieving self-sufficiency through realizing the housing voucher program’s potential to enable families to move to better neighborhoods.
