This position requires strong interpersonal skills to effectively provide support to the OTR and Local driver fleets. Provide support with all issues surrounding after hour needs.

Essential Position Responsibilities:

Deal with driver and customer issues promptly and courteously
Be knowledgeable in procedures dealing with vehicle accidents and on the job injuries
Complete thorough notes pertaining to issues during after hours for day support to handle accordingly
Monitor late deliveries and communicate any and all issues to customers
Direct placement of empty trailers for customers
Available to fill in for Fleet Leaders
Promote safety to all drivers
Help drivers with directions and other issues when needed
Perform general house keeping duties when needed
