INVITATION FOR BID NOTIFICATION - Contractor Services for Residents Age 60+

The Western Piedmont Council of Governments seeks bids from contractors capable of providing services to residents age 60+ for November 1, 2022 - September 30, 2024 through the American Rescue Plan Act. Services must be provided by an insured contractor who is licensed to conduct business in North Carolina. Services will include house cleaning, deep cleaning, landscaping, and pest control.

Parties interested in providing one or more of these services should email michael.layza@wpcog.org no later than Friday, October 21, 2022 to receive a bid packet. Completed bid submissions will be due by October 31, 2022.
